Enrollment is open from the 1st day of every month. 

Please place your order by the 18th for the current month's subscription along with our customized welcome box and gift. Orders received after the 18th will receive our customized welcome box and will receive our monthly box for the next month.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have any custom or personalized items in your boxes the processing time can take longer and you will be notified of estimated time after your order is placed.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship our boxes through USPS and while the estimated time delivery is 3 -5 days, delays due to USPS may occur, however we try to get your products to you as soon as possible! When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your time of arrival. If you haven’t received your order after 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Should you need something faster, please let us know and we can discuss expedited shipping options and calculations.


We do not accept returns on subscriptions or items included in subscription boxes. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, send an email to within 7 days of delivery and we will mail you a replacement item at no cost to you.  If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item, which will be be used to improve quality assurance processes.  Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of Histoire, LLC. All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical or similar item. This means that we will make every attempt to match the color and/or variant of the item we are replacing. If an identical or similar item is not available, we reserve the right to offer you a choice between a non-identical replacement item of similar value or a credit on your account. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy:
Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you would like to cancel your on-going subscription, please do so 20-days prior to the next month's box. If you cancel your subscription after the required time, your box, payment and shipping and handling fees will be processed and you will receive that month's box and the cancellation and refund for the rest of your prepaid subscription will be applied to the following box(es).

Gifts, Shop and One-Time purchase Items:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, replacement items will also be shipped directly to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, replacement items will be shipped to the giver's address. 


Items purchased from our online store or as a gift are not eligible for return, unless damaged. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item, which will be be used to improve quality assurance processes. 

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Workshop materials, collaboration items sold separately, etc.
